Hey guys I am from India and I am planning to make a new custom PC.but I need help I have never done it before.so anyone who has suggestions for PC then please reply.i have budget of 50,000 Indian rupees.(approx.735 us dollars).So please suggest me parts of PC as soon as possible.

4)graphics card - amd rx 470 4GB if you can find for under 16k

5)hdd - wd blue 1tb

6)ssd - 240gb zotac 

7)psu - corsair cx430 or cx430m

8)cabinet - any u like under 4k.
