Here's manual for you. Short version. Install screws to brackets. Install brackets to cooler. Apply thermal paste. Install cooler on top of CPU and tighten screws from behind the mobo.

 

Next time, read mobo before posting here. Or if you got it used, check manufacturers site for manual. Most of the time they are very easy to follow and helpful.
