Nikolai at https://superuser.com/questions/547822/how-many-passes-are-enough-with-memtest#550641 said that memtest stresses the CPU. Which has me worried here. Does Memtest stress test your CPU?

I have a decent cooler but I have not installed it yet. I currently have the stock cooler and I am unsure if the paste was applied correctly. You never truly know until you take it off.

It does, but I wouldn't just run memtest if you want to stress test CPU and memory. Also memtest doesn't allow you to look at temps as it's a bootable environment, so make sure your cooler can handle 100% load before running it.

We have a NEW and GLORIOUSER-ER-ER PSU Tier List Now. (dammit @LukeSavenije stop coming up with new ones)

You can check out the old one that gave joy to so many across the land here

Stock cooler is more than enough for a cpu, it will power off if it overheats, and it will also thermal throttle so it doesn't overheat.

It uses some cpu, don't worry about it.

I know some of the CPU is being used, But it it going to 100%?

Memtest shows CPU temps in the top left, I noticed. My CPUs temperature was 95 degrees for about half an hour.

Just booted into BIOS after shutting it down and my CPUs temp is floating around 60 degrees celcius, which is pretty abnormal. This has me worried now.

60C idle is really worrying. Mind listing your specs? You might need to reseat cooler and reapply thermal paste. Idle should be closer to 40C or under.

I don't care about 60 degrees. Im more concerned about 90 degrees.

With that cooler 60C idle is way too high. It should be well under 40C.
