You can overlock the i5 6600k and you cant overclock i5 6600.

i5 6600k doesent come with stock cooler but i5 6600 does.

If you want to overclock i5 6600k you will need more expensive Z170 motherboard.

i5 6600k has slightly higher base and boost clock over i5 6600 but its not really worth the price extra alone and you should get it only if you want to overclock.

The 6600k can be overclocked and comes with a slightly higher base clock. However, the 6600 comes with a stock cooler and is cheaper overall. For gaming there will probably be a minuscule difference. Give us more information.
