My current PC is a modified HP Pavilion Slimline s5310f Desktop PC ( http://support.hp.com/us-en/product/HP-Pavilion-Slimline-s5300-Desktop-PC-series/4079861/document/c01949171/ ) with the only difference being that I put a AMD Phenom X4 850, changed the PSU to a 500W unit, got a GTX950 and upgraded the system to windows 7 professional (now updated to windows 10 pro).

My questions:

#1 - Can I reuse the Windows that was pre-installed and came with the system? When I go into the control panel under system I have that the manufacturer is HP and the PC model so that is why I'm not sure if I can reuse the OS even tho I upgraded it myself (can I buy a new MOBO and it will work - I want to upgrade the RAM and the mobo that came with the PC is maxed out).

#2 - is the RAM speed on the website is listed as PC3-10600 MB/sec is that correct? (or should it be 1600 or 1066?)
