Oneplus 2 Camera

Got my oneplus 2 for Christmas,  everything's great but photos taken with it look like they have a art type filter applied to them as can be seen here.IMG_20161230_134451.jpg

Is this normal or what,  doesn't seem to be like this in all pictures maybe to do with it being out of focus? 

CPU: Intel I5 4690K | GPU: Asus R9 280x | PSU: Evga 600w | RAM:8GB DDR3 | HDD: WD 1TB | HDD: WD 500GB | SSD: Sandisk 120GB

focus or lighting  see if you can lower your ISO and turn off auto focus

Think it may be focus as in this photo it looks fine IMG_20161230_134958.jpg

Southowram in the uk, looked very nice with fog on the hills created very nice lighting
