Bad Memory

Hi,I have just upgraded my Pc and I have a problem with BF 3...

BEFORE:

cpu:A10 6790k

mb:FM2A55m-vg3+

ram:Kingston Hyperx Fury Red 2x4 1600mhz

gpu:GTX 650 ti ...later R9 380 2gb

SSD:Kingston 240 gb

HDD:1TB

Windows 7 Professional 64 bit

NOW:

cpu:AMD FX 8300

gpu:R9 380 2gb

ram:Kingston Hyperx Fury Red 2x4 1600mhz

mb:M5A97 R2.0

Win.7 64 bit Professional

I had this problem(picture) on my old PC and it is still there... I am desperate...I was told that this is bottlenecking-that is the reason why I bought the new parts.My drivers are updated and FX 8300 does not bottleneck this GPU...I think it might be my RAM(this is the only thing that I have not replaced yet)
