Serious wifi issue need help

So I was messing around with some settings (yea I'm a dumbass) and now I can't connect to wifi despot the fact it can still pick it up and there is an X next to all wifi connections. I went through all the setting and can't revert what I did (I think I went into my network cards settings and did something with WLAN). I don't know what to do, I still have the drivers and that was one of the few solutions I saw.

do a system restore to your last restore date and it will undo all your changes.
