HI, I am making changes in my life and want to change password mangers. I was using lass pass. I really like the features. The issue, I have with them is privacy.  I am very private and prefer. Hosting everything myself or using a service recommend by prism-break.org. The keepass question, I have is can anyone recommend a secure option for syncing. all of my passwords to all my devices with keepass?

have you tried google's password manager? or are you wanting a USB flash drive to unlock your password protected accounts?

Idk I did think about the USB one. The issue is plugging and unplugging it every time! It will be a pain ? but if I have to. I will just looking for different more productive measures like cloud storage or something.

Use KeePass and sync with a Dropbox, Google Drive, One Drive, or any other cloud storage service of your choice.

That is how you get the most reliable backup for your password database but it doesn't materially improve ease of use while traveling and the like.

For that you want a secure USB drive that you have loaded KeePass Portable onto (make sure that you use the "Professional", 2.X version) and load your password database onto that drive as well. You should be able to access it from pretty much anywhere and you will also have secure storage for your other needs. I would also probably throw a portable browser (not Chrome) onto the drive with one of the addon's/extensions that make using KeePass so very much more convenient. That way you can just plug in the USB, open the portable browser, and be using KeePass without any issue.

For somewhat better security you might also want to download a portable Virtual Keyboard app and use that to enter your KeePass password as it will let you get around most keylogger programs (and totally negates any hardware keyloggers).
