Logitech G502 Software?

I tried downloading software for my new mouse from this link(http://support.logitech.com/en_us/product/g502-proteus-core-tunable-gaming-mouse) and it said it installed, but I cannot find the program anywhere on my computer.  I was hoping to be able to tune the mouse but I cannot find the software on my computer despite what the installer told me.  Any help?

It should come up as "Logitech Gaming Software". If it doesn't, see if it shows up in the 'Add or Remove Programs' menu. If it shows up there, try to remove and reinstall it. If it doesn't show up, try running the installer again. If that doesn't help you, then odd.

You may have simply accidentally unchecked the option that would place it in your start menu.

its called Logitech Gaming Software. Try searching for it. or like said above, look if its installed in the programs menu.

It doesn't show up in the 'Add or Remove Programs Menu'.  I reinstalled it and the installer won't open whatsoever.  I tried both the x32 and x64 versions and it won't work.

It should show up as a blue G letter next to the watch where all the icons are at. If it doesn't show try to contact the support but I doubt they'll be able to help you...

Its gotten to the point where the installer doesn't work

That's odd as I've recently goty G502 and the software installed fast and works just fine. Well I hope you'll find an answer to this

It all of a sudden decided to work last night.  I guess i'll never find the problem but at least I got it now.  Thanks for the help
