Need help!

hello,

this is my first pc build every thing was working fine i went into the bios and it was working everything was identified correctly but suddenly everything went off. Now nothing is working no led indication on motherboard nothing when i try to power it on. i removed everything and made sure that there was nothing under the motherboard that can short it. I reinstalled my cpu gpu ram and all the wires multiple times and made sure that everything was wired up correctly what should i do now im so worried and cant think of any solution for this.

You could try to make and cmos reset.

i did that but still nothing

Okay then try if ur psu is working by disconnecting all wires and then connecting the green wire of the main plug with one of the black wires to see if the fan starts to spin.

the power supply doesn't turn on at all now

the case itself doesn't light up even though it was working fine

That means almost for sure that your psu is broken. Which one are u using?

i heard that this power supply is a very good power supply, my problem is that nothing is booting or working no fans or motherboard leds should i remove everything away from the case and try to boot it on the motherboard box?

if it booted for 2 seconds and now it won't.......... try flipping the switch on the back of the power supply. maybe you turned it off?

nope it booted for a good 5 minutes and i restarted the pc to make sure everything was fine and i closed the case 5 minutes later it was powered off by itself and nothing wanted to work after that

is there a possibility that the motherboard got shorted and fried ?

You are right it's a  good power supply but when the psu fails nothing else can work. When I asked you to remove all wires to test if the psu is working I meant all wires except the powercord so if you understood me wrong the first time u should try it again and if u got me right u probaply need a new psu.

Ok so i tried to see if the power supply is the problem but no its not and when i cleared the cmos the motherboard gave me a blue light when i jumped the cmos so what is the problem right now??
