How do i know what Twitch recommends for my resolution?

Ten seconds of googling brought me to this friendly guide.

Twitch :)

I'm sure you can figure our your capture settings just fine (:
Set the 'Service' to Twitch in the 'Stream' panel in settings, choose the server closest to you or another one if you have some notion that it'll be better, get and set your stream key...

Tell OBS whether you want to save your stream locally, and if so where to...

Then choose how you're encoding your video. If Quick Sync is an option, I think you should try it. Lastly, set your bitrate to whatever twitch recommends for whatever resolution you're going for (since you've got 10mbps up I wouldn't go past 8mbps), and then play with it!

Sig under construction.
