2tb SD card, thoughts?

So, the SDXC standard can go up to 2TB. Up until recently, we hadn't even gotten on the TB scale for that small a form factor but due to the recent sandisk SD card hitting 1tb I have a feeling we'll be seeing 2tb soon after (a year to three). So, thoughts and rumors? When do you think that card will come out? What is the next standard going to be (specs and numbers)?
