can i damage my gpu if i put a stick in while its running?

what kind of question is this?  "Can I damage something if I do something to it no one intended it to handle?"  Of course you can damage it!

I mean, can i damage my gpu if its running while i take a hdmi in the gpu

If the question you are asking is "Will I damage my GPU if I plug an HDMI cord into it while the computer is on" the answer is "no."

Are you asking if you can damage the GPU if you unplug or plug in something into the ports on the back? The answer is no.  But if you "put a stick in while it's running" yes that'll damage it.

Yes, can it be damage if i unplug or plug it in the back, like hdmi vga or dvi

No it won't damage it. You can unplug and plug HDMI, VGA, DVI whatever it is in the back whenever you want.
