These are all the parts:

Motherboard-Gigabyte H170N-WiFi

Case-Fractal Design Define Nano S

GPU-MSI RX480 8GB

Storage-WD Blue 2TB

CPU-I5 6500

PSU-CX450M

RAM-Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 2400MHz

 

My main concerns are whether the power supply has enough cables to support all the hardware and whether or not the RAM will simply just underclock itself or whether I will need to get RAM at 2133MHz instead of 2400MHz.

The power supply will be fine and the memory will simply downclock itself to 2133MHz.

PSU will be fine as long as you don't OC your 480. RAM will be downclocked if needed.

it's a 65 W locked chip. If the power supply has the cables ( answered in the above post) the 480 would need to chew up 380Watts of power... You're pretty safe.

ok, would the MSI RX480 be able to go up to MSI's advertised OC mode overclock of 1316MHz and memory overclock of 8100MHz

150W graphics card, spec sheet recomend 500W PSU, but it also has to account for some numbnuts using a 5960x... You're fine with the psu you've bought.
