Razer Synapse Chroma Apps Issues

I bought a Razer Blackwidow Chroma keyboard and I am trying to use the Chroma Apps but they never show up in the app list. Also I cannot use any of the custom downloaded lighting profiles. Has anyone else run into this problem with any other Chroma devices or have heard of a solution? I have have already tried uninstalling/reinstalling the Synapse program and the SDK that comes with it.

The Blackwidow Chroma I also have a Firefly and extra content is not working for it either.

In Synapse, when you hit the Chroma Apps tab, you gotta click the "apps List" sub-tab to see your list of apps. I have only ever had Overwatch work for me  

 

As far as importing other profiles I have never gotten that to work with mine. Too bad it doesnt work for you, you have the keyboard that it's supposed to work with My Blackwidow X TE Chroma is almost completely unsupported

As many profiles and apps that have been made you would expect it to work. But after some very quick research this seems to have been an ongoing problem for almost over a year. It should be a pretty simple software fix and honestly Razer should have this under control with the amount of advertising they do on this system. Get it together Razer!
