I came across a problem while trying to connect headphone's to my laptop via Bluetooth:
It has been paired, in fact it was even connected for a moment (but only for the time required to installation process and data transfer) however after that i'm unable to reconnect them.

But first things first:
1. I'm using JBL E40BT headphones, Lenovo Y50-70 444760 with Windows 10 professional 64 Bit Version,
2. Headphones are working perfectly with my phone and my sister laptop(Running the same OS version)
3. I have no other problem with bluetooth, i can transfer data from my smartphone (pictures, audio files and stuff) via bluetooth to my PC, i even used mouse for a while.
4. I've already tried to:
- restart bluetooth services,
- set it to connect paired devices automatically,
- reinstall and updating my bluetooth drivers,
- run troubleshooter,
- pair devices again,
- make my PC visible to other bluetooth devices
5. That didn't fix a single thing. Still my headphones are paired but it still cannot connect to my PC.

I m adding combined screenshots to visualize the issue.

Anyway i will appreciate any help or suggestion ;)

I had a similar problem with connecting my old Jaybird X1s to my Surface, but re-pairing them fixed it for me.

It sounds to me like it's a problem with the laptop. Do you have these other bluetooth devices connected while trying to use the headphones?

No, during my efforts to resolve whole thing, I have disconnected all devices beside headphones.

/Update: I contacted all three companies support's and I must admit that the response was pretty disappointing. JBL sent me over to Microsoft and Lenovo, claiming that it's none of JBL concern to fix this issue. Lenovo even tried to help but it was no more than copy past help (reinstall your driver, restart the unit, repair devices, do some other crap that won't help) And finally our winner, which is Microsoft offcourse, proposed me solving the problem remotely, for about 100 $. Well, I suggested them to go **** themself instead so I might go for Linux and save my money.
And so I figured out: why not ? I'll soon try it out on linux running from pendrive. As soon as i'll find my pendrive, which i didn't seen for over a year now.

Well, After recent update that was released by MS I was able to connect my headphones with notebook (pairing devices again was necessary)
The quality of sound was strangely disappointing (noises) mainly because same headphones connected to any other devices provides decent sound quality.
Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

Make sure you turn off any audio enhancements that may be enabled in Windows < Sounds for the bluetooth device.

Seems like it was driver error. Headphones driver specifically, which is installing automatically during first time pairing the device. Re-pairing headphones again solved the problem. But still it's necessary to pair headphones again everytime i want to use them. I suppose using them with multiple devices, like smartphones etc. might be a factor here. It's annoying but acceptable i guess. As far as i know all of my issue's was related to windows directly and it's poor support for bluetooth devices (Compared to any android or mac IOS 10) so if anyone have similar one i strongly advice to ensure that your windows and other software (mainly bluetooth and device drivers) are updated.
