I am new to pc gaming and am building the Neutron 3.0 found in Austin Evans channel. Now i was wondering about the operating system, will it be better to get the windows 7 or upgrade to 10? Not sure if it will make a difference or not but I want to be prepared to avoid any issues with games. I mostly enjoy rpg games, such as ffiv relm reborn, I will be getting overwatch, also the assassins creed games. Also an explanation or link to Directx 11, 12 and vulcan. Do I have to install all 3 to the my PC? As far as which to use, and do you change which your using within the game or somewhere before starting up the game?

I haven't ordered the PSU yet, which would you recommend. (Please provide a link if possible)Also an explanation as to why, it will help me learn more when it comes to PC building.

I'm just assuming here, but is it listed from best to worst with Tier 1 being the best and Tier 7 being the worst? Just want to make sure i am reading it right.

Yep. I'd say get a good T2-3 PSU, as Tier1 is usually pretty costly. But if you can find one cheap, go for it.
