So I've had my computer for a couple of months now, but when I built it, I just threw in a random 200 GB hard drive I scavenged from an old computer to save money. This worked out fine but now I need to upgrade that too a larger drive. Is there a way to easily migrate all the programs over to this new drive? It doesn't have the operating system on it (that's on a separate SSD), so can I just copy everything over, pull out the old drive, and give it the letter the old drive had? Any help is appreciated.

For non-OS / boot drives you can just drag and drop everything and change the drive letter.  Don't forget to include hidden files.
