Planet Coaster capped at 24 FPS?

Regardless of the graphics settings Planet Coaster can't get past 24 FPS. There's no FPS dips either.

 

I have an i5 6600k with 16 GB of RAM and a GTX 1070. I can post more detailed specs if needed

Hmm. Actually, check what refresh rate your monitor runs at in Planet Coaster, and if the problem persists if it has a windowed mode.

60hz, still capped in windowed
