Windows 10 software distribution folder?? 20gb!!

Hello guys! Today I was installing forza horizon 3 on my pc and I noticed this folder called "softwaredistribution". The folder is 20gb!! And when I looked inside it was one price of text file that was 20gb! Can I delete this? What should i do with it?

I wound't touch anything in a game file unless you know what your doing
