If you have mods installed for singleplayer and you go on multiplayer do you get banned as I just bought the game and now my account is suspended and my character is going to be reset

R* show some effort against online cheaters but encourage it through absolutely unreasonable pricing of DLC items. 

 

If you were far with your character, shoot them an email and just explain you forgot you had singleplayer mods installed?

No point really, ive requested a refund from steam but yeah that was my fault for not looking into it more

yeah unfortunately.  It's a great game, but I find the multiplayer to be a bit caner anyways.  That and the suspension for graphical mods in MP without warning is sad, understandable I guess, but sad.
