First of all, my budget is $700, and it should include a monitor, a speaker, a mouse, and a keyboard.

I am willing to play Overwatch on high settings, Gta 5 on medium-high settings mixed, Minecraft shaders on medium-high settings mixed, Battlefield 1 on medium-high mixed, and Call of duty infinite warfare on medium. I want to play with these settings on 1080p 60fps.

I don't do editing.

I want my pc to last long.

Let me know if my budget can be decreased.

Here is a list I made for a friend. Should be a good baseline for you. You can downgrade CPU and GPU to make room for peripherals besides the monitor.
