Hey so quick question, what can the Advanced version of 3DMark do that the Demo version cant?

A few more benchmarks. That's it I think.

Demo version on Steam = 3DMark Basic Edition. Not all tests are available and custom options are not available.

Advanced Edition ("full version") that you can buy adds Fire Strike Ultra and Extreme test variants (and Ice Storm Extreme, but that isn't very useful for desktop PCs), and the API Overhead Feature Test and you can run tests with custom settings and loop tests.

Another Question can i stress test the cpu alone so i can see overclocking results?

Don't think you can with Cinebench. But there are other options that can stress test your CPU.

What about a free programm that only stresses the cpu to let me see what the temperature rises up to?

That is one, don't click on the gpu test, just use the CPU one.

But if you want a heavy long-term test then prime95 or Aida64

Cinebench doesnt fit my needs, do prime95 or aida64 have temperature monitoring? And could i let those 2 benchmarks run for ever( just in theory)
