Need help with qoute

Hey guys i need help with getting a qoute from a video my english isn't too good. Go to 4:43 on the video its until 5:04. Is this correct (Pain is temporarily, It may last for a minute or an hour or a day or even a year, But eventualy it will subside, and something else will take it's place, if i quit however it will last forever) are the comers and stuff used correctly ? please help

I'd write it down as: "Pain is temporary. It may last for a minute, or an hour, or a day, or even a year, but eventually it will subside, and something else will take its place. If I quit, however, it will last forever."

The guy's tone makes it a bit difficult to tell where to do a hard stop and where to do a soft stop, I see why you're having trouble XP
