Crazy laptop GPU idea

SammyGoad

So I have an old Dell laptop that I just want to utterly pimp out with the best possible junk scraped together. I've maxed out the Ram, installed an ssd, and replaced the CPU with the finest Core duo I could find, but now I want the holy grail, discrete graphics. Pictured below is what I have, a GTX 730(pulled from a dead school pc), and super thin heat sink and fan(dead laptop) and a 12.7mm dvd drive as the bed. Im going to order a mini-pcie to 8x adapter and I have access to a 3d printer for parts. What else should I be worried about, the gpu only takes 25w, which is the lowest Directx11 card I could think of. Love to hear your feedback and ttyl :P20161223_135840.jpg20161223_135938.jpg20161223_135953.jpg20161223_135813.jpg

Once I remove the front panel and old fan, the PCB is very small and fits inside the confines of the Dvd drive bay
