I made this because I was bored, you need to install the screensaver first.

Blume ctOS.deskthemepack

The theme contains:

-Blume Wallpaper

-Custom Sounds

-CCTV Screensaver

Versions of Windows supported:

-Windows 7?

-Windows 8

-Windows 8.1 (My version)

-Windows 10
