Every time I try to do anything on Arma 3 I get this.

You definitely do have mods. All in Arma is not part of the base game. In the game files it will be called "@AllinArma" or something similar. Delete anything with the @ symbol.

None of that is on my computer and i would know if i had mods or not

If you don't have 'mods' then have you got some kind of cheat installed that changes any gamefiles to give you advantages?
