Not really sure where this belongs but this sub forum seems to fit the best.

I need some advice on building a PC. Firstly, im on a strict budget of £600 (in UK) but will get another £200 every six months to upgrade/add things to the build. Secondly, please dont tell me to wait 6 months to get some more money because i really need this PC by febuary.

Here's some infomation on what i need- ive recently started youtube and twitch but really struggle playing games while recording/streaming and struggle with rendering/editing. i play a variety of cpu and gpu intensive games, here are my most popular games-

Battlefield one, GTA V, cities skylines, Hearts of iron IV, Civilization VI and some free to play games such as smite, LOL and heroes and generals.

so yeh, i need alot for a small amount of money, but if you guys could help out by suggesting things, id really apreciate it.

Thanks :)

Do you need a monitor? This is what I would get. For upgrade: Add an SSD in the future, a second RAM stick for 16GB in total

I would also suggest getting a Free Sync monitor to pair with AMD card as they are not that much expensive

-streaming and recording need good CPU and ram

-playing new and demanding games on the other hand needs good GPU so you need bought to be strong and from there it gets expensive.

You can save from not buying an ssd at first and going for the most barebones motherboards but you still need the CPU and GPU to be able to do ur job/hobby or whatever  so you need to save more or get 1 good part now and save for the other one and get it later

or get second hand parts....

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/ZPF7sJ (Parts List)

CPU: Quad-Core i5 will not bottleneck your GPU when playing CPU demanding games like GTA V

CPU Cooler: Best performing and popular CPU cooler in the market. It also has a great value

Motherboard: Supports M.2 storage so in the future you can upgrade to the newest series of SDDs (950 - 960 samsung pro).

RAM: Clocked at 2400MHz it fairly quick. DDR4 allows better performance in RAM demanding games like GTA V or Just Cause 3

Storage: 1TB (1000 Gigabytes) of the fastest HDD on the market (That is a fact) is enough to hold most games, files, etc. (In the future you can add an SSD or another HDD)

Video card: The GTX 1060 does not support SLI (SLI = 2 graphics cards on a system) but does have one of the fastest core clocks 1.59GHz to 1.85GHz in the market. (It also has LEDs)

Cooler Master MasterBox 5: This case allows a lot custumization. It also looks very nice. Pst. But the one with the window

Power Supply: A 600watt certified power supply from EVGA (Bronze) will allow GPU and CPU upgrades. System consumes 280watts so you have 320watts available

Price: 744.31
