Internet modem error messages

kelvinhall05

I recently moved into a new house with my family, and we got new wifi. The problem is, we ordered a gigabit connection, but are getting under 2mbps download and less than 1mbps upload, even wired directly into the router. My dad went into the system logs of our modem (Hitron Coda-4582) and he found some error messages (images below). Can someone tell me what these mean, and how to fix the slow speeds? Thank you!

What does it look like under DOCSIS provisioning?

I have a feeling something hasn't been provisioned right or there is an issue with the line.

The error messages tell me that the modem is having trouble getting a signal from the ISP.
