Help budget pc

Hello i need help building a gaming pc.

i can only buy from these sites because of my country:

www.olx.ro (second hand)

www.pcgarage.ro

www.emag.ro

my budget is around 1000 - 1100 lei wich is around 235 usd

i do not need a case nor storage.

I'm afraid that budget is insufficient to provide even a passable gaming experience.

you'll need used parts for a pc with that budget, regardless of which country you're in. a core 2 quad(or xeon equivalent) and a hd 7950 with 8gb of ram should be doable.

i have a 450w modecom psu and 2gb of ddr2 ram. but i think they are useless

Buying an APU now is pretty foolish with Zen on the horizon. Every single AMD CPU and APU on the market is running an antiquated architecture and is worse for it. Furthermore, the highest-end integrated R7 GPU on an APU falls behind an Intel Iris Pro 6200 iGPU.

That's a good point. I think the best course of action might be for OP to wait and then import Zen hardware from a neighbouring country upon release. He/she will be able to save up more money by then.

@Stef1- I found this. It's alright for the price, actually. It features an Athlon x4 860k, an HD 7950, 8GB of RAM, a 2TB HDD, and a... Very sketchy power supply.

This guy has it right, I build a budget rig for a friend with all used parts and I got a 790i mobo, qx9650 (with a aio), 8gb of ram, and a 660 ti. Plus a psu,case ect. But it all cost me $225

Also, where in Romania do you live? There are a few good deals, but in several different places.

That explains why it's so cheap. I think your best bet may be to call that guy with the full PC, or just wait for Zen to hit the shelves and then import parts from another country if they're too expensive in Romania. If you do buy that PC, try and get him down a bit, and maybe upgrade the power supply so you can overclock the CPU and GPU to keep up.
