Just Cause 3 Won't Launch!!!

Just downloaded Just Cause 3 and it refuses to launch 

 

What i have tried

- Signing in and out

- Verifying game cache 

- Tried on different account via Family Share 

 

 

Specs:

GTX 970 (Reference) 

I5 4460 

Windows 10

 

All components are factory clock speeds therefore that's not the issue 

The game just doesn't launch!

I did not have this specific error, but I do remember having some other issues getting this game to work. What worked for me was selecting the Optimal Settings in Nvidia GeForce Experience before launching. Hope that helps.
