Should I upgrade my GPU or CPU

I'm planning on a upgrade of my computer. My current specs are Intel core 2 quad q8400 @ 3.3 ghz, 8gb of ddr3 1066 120gb AData ssd and 500gb ws blue hard drive. My Gpu is the msi gtx 460 cyclone 900 on the core and 2200  on the memory. Which direction should i go

CPU for sure, that chip and the whole architecture bottlenecked my GTX 760. So You need better CPU before you do GPU upgrade.
