Is this system compatible?

It's Chrismas in a short time and I wanna make my girlfriend an special present. 

I have 370€ and I have a system build...

Befor I'm going to buy the hardware, I need to be sure that every component works together. 

The system is:

-Gtx 750ti 4gb

-Intel Core i5-3570k

Is this system working together or are ther issues? 

It's my first time that im building an computer by my self so it would be great if you can help me

Can I see a link to the motherboard on the website you intend to buy from? I've never heard of Acer selling aftermarket DIY motherboards. I'm curious to see what it is.

According to some sellers online it's from the Aspire XC600.
