Sticky for known issues?

Why there isn't a sticky post where mods and devs would put known issues and problems there and what are they gonna do with them? Like a sticky telling there is no immediate developement of an LTT app and some other stuff. Cause a sticky with stuffs on that is better than everyone (not all) searching for issues and scroll through all responses and replies to find answers.

Its like stickies in Troubleshooting, Mdw builds and even CS. People still would post, in case something was changed and not updated. Or just don't read them. There could even be whole screen banner about it and wouldn't make any difference.
