W1 is cheaper, its really "meh" but enough for an rx 460.

dude psu is something you should not skip out on i am not telling you to get a 1200 watt platinum psu but get something with a reputable brand at least 80+

Yep, and it's manufacturer refurbished by EVGA. The odds of it staying in a not-on-fire state are much higher than they are for the one you got "seller-refurbished" from that shady seller on eBay who forgot to mention that it was returned because it spews flames at full load.
