First PC

Hello all i have been planning on building a new pc for a while now and i have now started saving. I was looking at a pc which cost around £500 all new parts but then i realized i didn't need all that performance. I then looked at a dell optiplex 960 with an i7 2600 but then realized it would cause real problems for me as a first time gaming pc owner with the prebuilt upgrade restrictions. I am now looking for a pc priced at around £350. Below would be best but any options will be much appreciated. I live in England and the parts can be used.

What are you going to use the pc for?

Do you care about fan noise?

how long do you want to keep it etc...

Hello, I will use it for general web browsing and gaming. Fan noise is more a luxury for me its fine if it's loud but the quieter the better. And i would like to keep it for maybe a year or two when i will upgrade it, Thanks!

this one is cheap and easy to upgrade, don't think you can find better at this price

you can upgrade it with a GTX 1050 ti or a Rx 470 4gb graphic card and 8gb of ram
