I just found out that my water cooler was leaking. It was leaking from a small hole somewhere in it and I can't find it. I got lucky when I caught it. I was dripping into the backplate on my graphics card but it may have been doing that for about two weeks when I noticed that there was some water missing from the res. So I assumed it was pushing around air bubbles. I am just so glad that my pc didn't get shorted. So I guess my question is, is there any way to plug the hole up and use the radiator still?

I assume it's a custom loop, the only way would be reliably fix it is to solder the hole in the rad and pressure test it to I believe most are around 15-20 PSI.

Yeah that may be a problem if it's not accessible, you may want to try and contact the manufacture to see if they can do anything or if it's still under warranty.
