i am from India and i am planning for a new rig with following specs. please pour in your advice.

i am not into overclocking that's why i have chosen "non K" version.

looks good except Corsair psu. however i am thinking of ASUS MB and GPU. Not a fan of Readeon that's why.

Are you talking about the Corsair CX450M @PCNoobie mentioned? its a fine unit. perfect for a rig like that.
