Disk Usage at 90% When Nothing is Using it.

Just bought a Samsung Notebook 7 Spin 13.3 in today and I've been super happy with it so far. Only problem is that when I installed a few programs it slowed down. I opened up task manger and it's barely using the CPU or RAM but the disk usage is extremely high, even when it's idling. Why is it doing this? I've read that it's almost impossible to open the laptop without breaking it so it would be extremely risky opening it up to add an SSD...

 

This screenshot is when it was at 0.5 MB/s usage at complete idle.

Does it say 0MB/s for everthing or does scrolling down reveal some disk hog?

Check for a virus and also let it sit for awhile. Windows 10 did this to me when I first installed it. It was updating or doing something

It's literally right out of the box so I highly doubt there's a virus but I guess it could be downloading updates...
