Computer keeps freezing up

I just got my new msi gtx 960 2gb and it works great. But midway through a game of H1Z1 my whole computer will freeze. I keep having to hard Shut down and i hate having to do that. I have no clue what could be causing this to happen..

I also installed another 8gb of RAM if that matters

pls help!!

if its just in H1Z1 then repair the gamefiles and see if that helps

Is the other 8GB of ram you installed the same supported clockrate/memory type?

When this happens, try and check task manager, see if something such as CPU or OS drive or being overstressed. If so please say, because I'm having a similar issue, but my OS drive is just capping at 100% and it goes away after a minute or two

the thing is that i cant even check task manager when it happens.
