Except chicklet keyboards aren't membrane...they're scissor switches.

They make fake chicklet keyboards. They look like it top down but are fatter from the side and use little rubber domes and are so very crappy.

I like the low profile keys

I bottom out keys regardless, mechanical keyboards are all high keys, which I don't like.

I persoanally cant stand the almost jo travel of kost chocklet keyboards. The bes implementation ive seen in the new thinkpad keyboards as they have more travel.

You can get lower profile keys their just not stock. Also maybe check out a cherry my switch based board the keys have far lesa travel especially with low profile keycaps.

They have allot of travel when you still bottom them out.

I'm not going to stop bottoming out, its comfortable.

These Chiclets have practically no travel time, can type over 120wpm on this keyboard easily.

Along with being wireless with no lag I can notice and being compact, its awesome.  The battery's last forever!

I've had this keyboard for just over a year, only changed the battery's once.

 

This is all preference ofc

I stopped bottoming out my Blues without even thinking about it.  B)
