SSD in PCI-e

Hello people, 

                    I was just wondering if i could use a PCI-e SSD in wireless adapter slot of a laptop motherboard.

 

P.S:- 

        Laptop Model no. :- Dell inspiron 15R 5520.

I theory you should be able to, but it's possible it's firmware locked. I can't find anyone who has done it before on google so it's impossible to know for sure until you try it.

Is the wireless adapter slot a PCI-e slot?
