some questions

hi guys i have 7970 reference edition and i'm planning to buy a new monitor (144hz) but i dont have dvi-d dual link

so if i use cables like mini displayport to display port or mini display port to dvi-d dual link

is possible use 144hz ????

well I guess it depends on the game, but I wouldn't think a 7970 will run any newer games at 144hz, I know my 280X didn't. Hell even my 1080 runs most games at like 70 - 100 (1440P).

 

I guess this is for CS:GO?
