RX 480 can def handle much larger monitor than that, but it's personal preference, also the cooler although is good enough will not be able to support big OC if thats what you're gonna get into.

You could get a cheaper 1080 and splurge a bit more on the CPU cooler. I wasn't sure if there was a reason you wanted to go for that specific 1080, so I just left it alone.

i5 7200U @ Stock

Core2Duo T6600 @ Stock

i3 2330M @ Stock

i5 3210M @ Stock
