Chromecast question?

Will leaving my Chromecast plugged in to the wall being powered 24/7 damage it somehow?

no it won't damage it. i had mines plugged in for months, still perfectly fine.

How good was content streaming? I am planning to get one for myself. Can you stream Windows screen (w/ audio)?

I'd great, haven't really tested the windows thing tho, but it's on sale for 25 rn.

it's pretty good. i have the 2nd gen chromecast btw, streaming only wifi. i never tried direct windows streaming 

 

lol i never would have thought someone would remember me on this forum. but granted i had that chromecast for a while.
