Windows 10 (select driver to install)

my friend is installing a fresh version of windows 10 from a usb bought from best buy and when he gets to a certain point it will ask him to select drivers to install but the problem is he doesn't have a CD drive or an extra computer to download drivers and put them on a usb to install he is stuck with 2 buttons.

1. Browse

2. Rescan

I'm no expert on installing windows from a new built machine without any drivers i had windows on my pc I've been trying to help for about 2 days and this is his first pc and hasnt been able to use it for 3 days so at this point i give up.

What steps do you take when installing? I've never had to install drivers until after installing Windows.

he said it will say there are no media drivers recognized and then that window will pop up nothing else

No media thing?

Can you record a video (or take a bunch of pictures) of the process from turning on to the computer to getting to that screen?

this is the whole error message

No device drivers were found. Make sure that the installation media contains the correct drivers, and then click ok
