For the past few months i've been piecing together a pc out of good deals used parts and some free lucky finds. what would be a good build that is cheap every part on the list i own already

How much performance do you want?

He already owns the RX460 and whatever...all he needs is a Motherboard, CPU and PSU :P

Both are dual cores but it would work...I'd suggest you check out the prices of motheboards first thou :P
