would recommend the above. buy as budget allows

Nvidia GPUs don't do well with that chip, preferrably get AMD RX 460, 470 or 480. The latter may be bottlenecked a tiny bit, but your platform does allow upgrading to a more powerful CPU in the future anyway.

The 470 and 480 would be bottlenecked heavily. What do you mean they don't do well with that chip? A 1050Ti would do fine with it.
